Some of us have incredible natural talent like Maurice. If Maurice would have simply gone through the motions he would have been one of the NFL greats. Instead, Maurice chose to destroy opportunity he got.
Maurice was criticized heavily by the public and rightly so, he was a public figure and he made a fool of himself, but many of us criticizing him make fools of ourselves every day. Like Maurice, once success is in sight, we aim to pass right through to the end. Like Maurice, many of us pay the price of failure.
As much as I would like to, I don’t always believe in positive outcomes, yet positive outcomes have come strengths in my beliefs.
My key to success has been to listen equally to my head and heart. Disappointing outcomes result from doing anything else. I have often made decisions going against others, producing my best results.
